Basic Fee Schedule
for Interactive History Company Programs

Fee schedule for IHC Educational Programs for the 2005 - 2006 Academic Year

Full fees are expected no later than 21 days after the presentation date
Special Discounts are available to all non-profit organizations for any educational workshop or program as follows:

A special 10% discount is available when a minimum 50% deposit is paid on receipt of the IHC Invoice and the balance paid within 21 days of the presentation date.

A special 20% discount is available for any program that is fully prepaid OR when a minimum 50% deposit is paid on receipt of the invoice and the balance paid no later than the day of the presentation or the last day of a class series.

PLEASE NOTE: Arrangements for special discounted programs MUST be scheduled in advance. Any program scheduled more than 60 days in advance requires a minimum 50% deposit to reserve the date(s) and the balance is expected within 30 days after the presentation. If the balance is paid on or before the date of the presentation, the 10% discount applies. If the program is fully pre-paid, the 20% discount applies.

A Full Day fee applies to any presentation from 3.5 to 6 hours in length of any "Focus on History" program(s) - up to a maximum of 6 rotations: $ 500.00 per Instructor
With Special 10% Discount: $450.00
With Special 20% Discount: $400.00

A Half-Day fee applies to any presentation up to 3-hours in length of any "Focus-on-History" program(s) up to a maximum 4 rotations: $300.00 per Instructor
With Special 10% Discount: $270.00
With Special 20% Discount: $240.00

Living History Workshops: $ 750.00 (2.5+ hours)
With Special 10% Discount: $675.00
With Special 20% Discount: $600.00

All-School Music Assembly: $ 700.00 /Performance (Up to 90 Min) Special Discounts Available

Hands-on History Barter Faires: $ 650.00 (Up to 90 minutes) Special Discounts Available

Shakespeare's Times Humanities Class: $150.00 per class period (45 - 60 minutes) - Discounts Available

Miscellaneous fees: Please Note: Special discounts do not apply to the additional prop fees, supply fees or travel fees.

There is a $50.00 fee for every additional set of "Focus-on-History" class props, accompanying an Interactive History Instructor - i.e. The full fee for an Interactive History Instructor presenting three different Focus-on-History classes for a half-day presentation will cost $400.00 ($300.00 for the half-day instructor and $50.00 each for the two additional sets of props.

Travel fees: - For schools outside the Everett area but within Snohomish County: $25.00
Travel outside of Snohomish County, Washington is happily arranged for on a case-by-case basis. For greater distances, all travel is paid for by the client. --In regards to lodging, IHC Instructors are open to the option of boarding overnight with a sponsor-family.

Art Supplies: - All time periods: $15.00 per class or group. This covers all art supplies including paper, drawing media, spinning fibers and other crafts materials as well as equipment used in class. The students are invited to keep everything they create in all arts classes, however, The Interactive History Co. retains possession of all un-used materials. Chain Maille Supplies: $25.00 per class or group of ~ 30 students. The Interactive History Co. retains possession of all un-used materials.

*The rates and fees quoted above are accorded to Non-Profit Organizations such as Schools, Libraries, Scouting Groups, and Community Centers, etc. Every effort will be made to honor our posted fee schedule, however, ultimately, all fees are subject to change without notice.
